Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or rescheduling must be at least 24 hours in advance or the cost of the session cannot be refunded or applied to future appointments. If an appointment is needed in less than 8 hours, please call (973) 932-566-4834 for further assistance. We only travel to clients within Essex County to the following cities: Montclair, Bloomfield, East Orange, West Orange, Newark, Livingston, Belleville, Irvington, Verona, Fairfield, Cedar Grove, City of Orange, West Caldwell, North Caldwell, Caldwell, Nutley, Maplewood, South Orange, Mill-run, and Essex Fells. For clients outside of Essex County please email info@charliescanines.com to inquire prior to booking.
